These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://srobllc.com (the "website"), which is owned and operated by SROB LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 200 NE 197th Ave, Old Town, FL 32680 ("SROB LLC", "we", "us" or "our").

Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or send us an inquiry. If you use the website on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

2. The website and our services

The website describes the interior decoration services we offer, shows examples of our work and lets you contact us. It is not an online store, and nothing on the website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract.

All decoration work, including consultations, design, sourcing, purchasing, delivery, installation and styling, is provided under a separate written agreement or proposal signed or accepted by you and by us (a "Client Agreement"). The Client Agreement sets out the scope of work, fees, payment terms, purchasing arrangements, cancellation and returns, schedule and responsibilities of each party. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that project.

3. Inquiries, quotes and estimates

• Sending a message through the website is a request for information. It does not commit you or us to any work.
• Any price, budget range, timeline or estimate mentioned on the website, in early correspondence or at a first consultation is an approximation. It becomes binding only when it is included in a Client Agreement.
• Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope changes, if products or prices change, or if conditions at the property differ from what we could assess.
• Furniture, fabrics and other products are subject to availability and to the lead times and terms of the manufacturers and suppliers who make them.

4. Permission to use the website

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the website and print or download pages for your own non-commercial use while considering our services. All other rights are reserved.

5. Things you must not do

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or encourage anyone else to do so.
• Send false, misleading or impersonating information, or submit inquiries on behalf of someone without their permission.
• Use the contact form or our contact details to send spam, advertising, chain letters or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or anything designed to damage or interfere with the website or other people's devices.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server, its storage or any connected system, or test their vulnerability without our written permission.
• Use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content or collect information from the website, except standard search engine indexing.
• Copy, frame, mirror, republish, sell or create derivative works from the website or its content, including our photographs, text and design, except as allowed by these Terms.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices on the website.
• Use the website in any way that could harm SROB LLC, our clients or our reputation.

6. Information you send us

You are responsible for making sure the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or financial information through the contact form.

By sending us an inquiry, you allow us to use the information to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us suggestions or feedback about the website or our services, we may use them freely without any obligation to you, but we will not publish your name or details without your permission.

If you send us photographs, plans or other materials, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to use them to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out your project.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, layout, design, logos, icons, page structure and the selection and arrangement of material, are owned by SROB LLC or used under license, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws.

Some photographs show our own work. Others are stock images licensed from third parties to illustrate our services, and their owners keep all rights in them. You may not download, copy or reuse any photograph from the website for any purpose other than viewing the website.

Design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, color schedules and other materials we create for clients are governed by the relevant Client Agreement.

8. Trademarks

The names SROB LLC and SROB, our arch logo and related marks are trademarks of SROB LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, including in domain names, social media handles, advertising or in any way that suggests we endorse or are connected with you. Other names and marks that appear on the website belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and services

The website contains links to websites and services operated by others, such as Google Maps and social media platforms. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

10. Availability and changes to the website

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, including the services we describe, for business, maintenance or security reasons. We are not liable if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, current or accurate. You use the website at your own risk. Our Disclaimer explains the limits of the information on the website in more detail.

These disclaimers apply to the website only. Any warranties for our decoration services are those set out in your Client Agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SROB LLC and its owners, members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the website or its content, even if we have been told such damages are possible.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or any rights you have as a consumer under Florida law that cannot be waived.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SROB LLC and its owners, members, employees and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Resolving concerns

If you have a concern about the website, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Send a written description of the issue and what you would like us to do to hello@srobllc.com or to our mailing address. We will respond within 30 days, and both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter informally before starting any legal proceedings.

Any claim arising out of or relating to the website must be brought within one year after the claim arises, unless a longer period is required by law.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the informal resolution process above, you and we agree that any legal action will be brought only in the state courts located in Dixie County, Florida, or the federal courts for the Northern District of Florida, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Electronic communications

When you use the website or email us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that notices, disclosures and other communications we send you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

17. Ending access

We may suspend or block access to the website for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the website, without notice. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, resolving concerns and governing law, will continue to apply.

18. General terms

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website. Client Agreements govern our services.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have given it up.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor business.
• Events beyond our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet outages, hosting failures, storms or hurricanes.
• Headings: headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.

19. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies from that date. Changes do not apply to disputes already notified to us before the change. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
