All content on this website, including service descriptions, project stories, answers to frequently asked questions, design ideas and color or product suggestions, is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not tailored to your home, your needs or your budget, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a consultation with us or with another qualified professional.

Using this website or contacting us through it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you and we sign or accept a written agreement or proposal.

2. Not professional, technical or legal advice

SROB LLC provides interior decoration services: color, furniture, lighting, window treatments, textiles, art, accessories, styling and how a room is arranged. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, our services do not include, and nothing on this website should be taken as:

• Architectural, structural or engineering advice, including advice on load-bearing walls, wall or ceiling fixings for heavy items, or building alterations.
• Electrical, plumbing, gas, heating or air-conditioning work or advice.
• Building code, permitting, fire safety or zoning advice.
• Legal, financial, tax, insurance or real estate advice.

Work that requires a license or permit in Florida must be carried out by an appropriately licensed professional. Where a project needs such work, we may recommend or coordinate independent contractors, who are responsible for their own work. It is your responsibility to confirm that any changes to your property comply with applicable laws, your lease and any homeowners' or condominium association rules.

3. Photographs and images

Some photographs on this website show interiors decorated by SROB LLC. Others are stock photographs licensed from third parties to illustrate the style, quality and type of work we offer, and do not show rooms we decorated. Images may also be cropped, edited or professionally lit.

No photograph is a promise that your room, a particular product or a particular finish will look the same in your home. Room size and shape, natural and artificial light, existing finishes and furniture all affect how a space looks.

Colors on screen are only approximate. Every screen displays color differently, and paint, fabric and finish colors change with lighting and time of day. Always review physical samples in your own space before making a decision; this is part of every color consultation we provide.

4. Portfolio and project descriptions

Project descriptions, timelines and lists of what a service includes describe how we typically work and are simplified for the website. Details, including locations, durations and the scope of work, may be summarized or changed to protect our clients' privacy. Your project will be scoped individually and may differ in approach, timing and cost.

5. Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the clients who gave them. They may be shortened for length or clarity, but not in a way that changes their meaning. Every project is different, and testimonials are not a guarantee that you will receive the same results.

6. Prices, estimates and timelines

Any prices, budget ranges, estimates or timelines mentioned on this website, in early correspondence or during a first consultation are approximate and are not offers. They become binding only when set out in a written agreement, and they may change if:

• the scope of the project changes;
• manufacturers or suppliers change their prices, discontinue products or extend lead times;
• products arrive damaged or incorrect and must be replaced;
• conditions at the property differ from what could reasonably be assessed at the first visit; or
• delays are caused by weather, hurricanes, shipping disruptions or other events outside our control.

7. Products, suppliers and warranties

We recommend, source and purchase furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting, paint, window treatments and accessories made and sold by other companies. Those products are covered by the warranties, care instructions, return policies and lead times of their manufacturers and retailers, not by SROB LLC. Where we purchase on your behalf, we pass these warranties on to you, and your written agreement explains how returns, damages and defects are handled.

We may receive trade pricing or discounts from some suppliers. How trade pricing is reflected in what you pay is set out clearly in your written agreement.

Product names, dimensions, materials and specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice. Please review the final specifications we send you before an order is placed.

8. No guarantee of results

Good design improves how a home looks and feels, but some outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. In particular, we do not guarantee:

• that a staged home will sell, sell within a particular time or achieve a particular price;
• that a vacation rental will achieve particular occupancy, nightly rates, reviews or income;
• any increase in the appraised or market value of your property; or
• that a design will suit the personal taste of every member of your household or future buyers and guests.

9. Using our ideas yourself

If you carry out any design ideas, product suggestions or layouts from this website or from a consultation yourself, you do so at your own risk. Always check measurements, clearances and product suitability before buying; follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, mounting, care and use; anchor tall or heavy furniture to walls; and consider children, pets, allergies, flammability and the effects of Florida sun and humidity when choosing materials.
